Delivery & Returns



We use DPD and Royal Mail 1st class to send our parcels because we have found them to be the fastest and most reliable. We post to the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. If you spend £50 or more delivery will also be completely free!. We'll let you know when your order has been sent, and DPD will contact you to update you on your delivery. You'll be notified on the day of your delivery by text message or email. Please pop your mobile number on your order so we can make sure you receive a text update on your delivery. 

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes! We will ship to anywhere in the world, simply send us an email at  if you would like to arrange delivery outside the UK and Ireland, we will then get a quote from our courier and let you know what the charge will be. 

How soon will I get my order?

We always aim to dispatch your order that same day, but, if you order after 2pm or during the weekend, we’ll send it out the following working day. 

What courier(s) do you use? 

We tend to use one of two couriers, DPD or Royal Mail – the two that we think are the best. It means that we can get your order out to you sooner.

DPD are who we use the most. Royal Mail are our preferred partner for the smallest of accessory orders – when the parcel weight is less than 2kg.

Can I collect my order directly from you? 

Unfortunately, we don’t have the facilities to support customer collections at the moment. To compensate, we endeavour to make sure our delivery options are as cheap and efficient as possible.



Returns should be easy. Sometimes you need to see things in your own home to know if they work or not. We get that. So, while we hope that you’ll be thrilled to bits, we also want you to know that if you’re not, that’s fine too.

We have a no-quibbles returns policy, and we’ll happily take back most pieces within 28 days of when we delivered them. Just make sure they are returned as they were delivered to you. (Neatly placed inside the original packaging, unused, undamaged and sealed in a protective mail bag or box).

Once we receive your return, we’ll email you to let you know that we’ve sorted it, but please allow five–ten days for the refund to show on your account.
